In collaboration with Deloitte, improved the CDC National DPP Customer Service Center website by enhancing usability, navigation, and brand consistency. Streamlined information architecture, redesigned the UI using DPP’s signature green for accessibility, and collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to ensure inclusive outreach. The full process was documented in a comprehensive process book.
